Marketing & agency tools
Samples I've made to explore specific business tasks: spotting potential brand misuse, making sense of feedback, preparing content and organising team work.
These are sample tools and interfaces, separate from completed client deployments. Some process text locally using rules or templates; others use fictional records to show a workflow. Connections to live data and AI services would be scoped for the actual build.
The tasks behind the samples
Brand-monitoring workspace
A sample dashboard for reviewing suspicious domains, social accounts and marketplace listings, prioritising items and editing a report before copying it. The detections and risk scores are illustrative. A connected build would depend on the available monitoring sources; removal decisions stay with the relevant platforms.
Review & feedback analysis
A browser sample that groups customer feedback into positive themes and issues to investigate. It uses local keyword and sentiment rules. A custom build could connect agreed review sources and help a team trace themes back to the original comments.
Content repurposing
A template-based sample that turns one source into first drafts for social posts, newsletters and advertising. It demonstrates the editing workflow; a connected version could use brand guidance and AI, with someone reviewing the output.
Agency work & follow-ups
Sample inbox, client and invoicing screens, alongside a local meeting-notes tool that identifies possible actions and prepares a follow-up draft. Custom workflow work can add ownership, deadlines, approvals and integrations around the team's actual process.
Try the published interface examples
Explore the agency workspace with fictional records, or try the meeting-notes browser tool. The notes tool uses local rules, so its suggested actions should be reviewed.
What this means for your business
We can begin with one repeated task: turning a call into assigned work, preparing a monthly report, organising customer feedback or producing several content drafts from one source. The sample helps us discuss the screens; the real project defines the data, connections and checks it needs.
What would help your business?
Tell me what you're researching, producing or keeping track of. We can work out which parts need a person, which could be automated, and what a useful first version would look like.
